Terms of service

KinkyChemistry is a UK sole-trader service for consenting adults, operated by Jay Davis trading as KinkyChemistry. Contact: kinkychemistry@outlook.com.

Who may use KC

• You must be at least 18 and complete any required age assurance.
• Use only your own account and provide truthful eligibility information.
• Do not evade a suspension, ban, block, verification or safety control.

Consent and conduct

• A match, kink, message, RSVP or profile choice never implies consent.
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time and must be respected immediately.
• Harassment, coercion, threats, stalking, impersonation, scams, hate and non-consensual content are prohibited.
• Never publish another person’s private content, location or identifying information without permission.
• Content involving anyone under 18, or presented as under 18, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Your content and account

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give KinkyChemistry a limited permission to store, process and display it only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the service according to your chosen visibility settings. You are responsible for content you share and for keeping your account and devices secure.

KC+ membership

Free membership remains available. KC+ is an optional recurring membership managed and billed by Patreon. The current price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You can cancel through Patreon; paid KC+ access ends when Patreon reports that the entitlement has ended. A completed one-time photo check remains on file, but the KC+ badge and paid tools require both an approved check and an active entitlement. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Events and external payments

Event organisers—not KinkyChemistry—are responsible for their event, venue, tickets, descriptions, cancellation terms and refunds unless KC expressly states otherwise. Review the organiser’s terms before paying. A KC+ badge confirms the account completed KC’s checks; it is not a guarantee of an event, person, venue or conduct.

Moderation, reports and appeals

KinkyChemistry may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban an account where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or rule enforcement. Reports may be preserved as evidence. Members can view the status of submitted reports and appeal an eligible account action using the appeal page. Serious or immediate danger should be reported to the emergency services, not only to KC.

Service availability and liability

KC is provided with reasonable care but availability and compatibility recommendations cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, KC is not responsible for members’ offline conduct, external events or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Changes, complaints and law

Material changes will be announced in the service and may require fresh acceptance. Complaints can be sent to kinkychemistry@outlook.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; mandatory consumer rights and any right to bring proceedings elsewhere remain unaffected.
